Food sensitivities occur when a person experiences an adverse physiological response to a particular food such as Bloating, Constipation, Diarrhoea, Flatulence, Lethargy, Nausea, Headaches and Abdominal Pain. By taking a quick and easy finger blood sample and when analysed by the lab, these sensitivities can be determined. By removing or reducing reactive foods from one’s diet, will assist in an optimised diet for improved gut and overall health.
